Basic Trends of Mayfair Limited will deliver the goods following the delivery option selected by you during the order process. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. If any part of the order is unavailable when you place your order, we will send you the rest of the order when it is available. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 14 days for a refund. Please inform us immediately is the product is defective in anyway.

Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Magalotti (the goods must be in the original packaging in pristine condition with no damage). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded by us. We will write to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please contact us via the contact page before you return anything. We will then supply you with the address with which to return the goods.
